Architecture
Orima, the second of a sum of parts that will create a YarraVale community.
At a glance
- Architectural design to have north facing apartments and views looking over the park
- Sustainably designed, including rooftop solar panels (proposed) to help offset communal energy costs and future-ready EV charging infrastructure in basements
- Flyscreens to all operable windows – a small, often-missed detail that enhances daily comfort
- Designed to create open outlooks and community interaction while retaining privacy through screening
- Full height double glazing

Orima, a signature building within the YarraVale precinct, has been masterfully designed by Stewart Architecture, a highly awarded design firm renowned for crafting some of Canberra’s most iconic spaces.
Design with a single purpose: Liveability
This is design that doesn’t shout but speaks clearly through proportion, scale, and intent. Each building within the YarraVale precinct is unique in form, with individual lobbies and hallways that foster identity and warmth from the moment you arrive.
Orima embodies this design ethos. Every inclusion and material selection at Orima has been considered to serve daily life. It’s elegance with purpose. Practicality, beautifully resolved.
A beautifully imagined north facing facade designed to draw you back in.
Orima has the clear distinction of being boutique in both design and intent. This is a purposefully smaller building conceived for those who seek the convenience of an apartment, set in a lower-rise, more intimate environment with fewer neighbours and a strong sense of community.
